A) Contact with us
If you contact us by e-mail, your data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions and will be used to contact you by e-mail or telephone. We will not share this information without your agreement.
We process your personal data, as far as necessary, for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation, execution to the termination of a contract) as well as in accordance with the statutory storage and documentation obligations arising, amongst others, from the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) and until the end of any legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.
B) Newsletter
You have the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter via the website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to address you personally, we also collect and process information voluntarily given about your first name and surname.
