Vibratory bowl feeders

Our feeding systems based on vibratory bowl feeders are reliable all-rounders. The correct alignment of the parts is achieved by sorting elements, which are mounted in the bowl feeder.

Advantage of a bowl feeder:

• Suitable for complex part geometries
• Careful handling of the transported material
• Changing of the feeding performance and reducing the noise level by lining the bowl feeder with a suitable coating

The type of coating is customized:

Plastic films, spray coatings or functional coatings.

We use drives with a diameter from 100 to 800 mm. Vibratory bowls made of cast aluminum or stainless steel in a cylindrical or conical shape are built onto these.

We can also offer untangling devices for snagging parts (eg springs).
